Terms of Service

By accessing and using services provided by Stockhosting (CVR: 46368665), a company registered in Vojens, Denmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Stockhosting provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and related services. While we strive for 100% uptime, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

All prices are subject to 25% Danish VAT (Moms) where applicable. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the due date. Failure to pay may result in a 20% late fee surcharge, service suspension after 3 days, and full termination after 7 days. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle unless otherwise specified.

Users are allocated specific hardware resources (CPU, RAM, Storage). Excessive usage that impacts node stability may result in temporary throttling. Our Standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.

Stockhosting's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the one month preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss; customers are responsible for their own backups.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, specifically Retten i Kolding. Stockhosting (CVR: 46368665) is the registered service provider. For contractual inquiries, contact [email protected].
