Acceptable Use Policy

1. No Network Abuse
Users are strictly prohibited from launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, automated vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized network probing from our infrastructure.
2. Malware & Phishing
Hosting, distribute, or facilitating malware, ransomware, botnet controllers, or phishing pages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Illegal Content
Storing or distributing content that violates Danish or International Law is prohibited. This includes child safety violations, unauthorized copyright materials, and hate speech.
4. No Spamming (CAN-SPAM/GDPR)
Our servers must not be used for mass-mailing, unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM), or hosting websites linked from unsolicited emails.
5. Security of Services
Users are responsible for securing their individual server instances. Compromised servers used for abuse will be temporarily suspended for remediation.
6. Right to Terminate
Stockhosting (CVR: 46368665) reserves the right to terminate any service that negatively impacts the network, hardware nodes, or our reputation, at our sole discretion. All enforcement actions are logged and may be reported to relevant Danish authorities.
Violation Reporting
If you witness abuse or illegal activity originating from our network, please report it immediately.
