Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope of the DPA
This Data Processing Agreement applies where Stockhosting (CVR: 46368665), registered in Vojens, Denmark, processes personal data on your behalf as part of the hosting services provided. This agreement ensures compliance with Article 28 of the GDPR and applies to all VPS hosting customers.
2. Obligations of the Processor
Stockhosting agrees to process data only on your documented instructions. We ensure that persons authorized to process data are committed to confidentiality and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
3. Sub-Processors
You authorize Stockhosting to engage sub-processors (e.g., node providers or billing services) for the purpose of infrastructure and payments. We will inform you of any changes regarding our sub-processors.
4. Data Subject Rights
We will assist you, as the Data Controller, in fulfilling your obligations to respond to requests for exercising data subject rights (e.g., access, erasure, portability) as provided by GDPR.
5. Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, Stockhosting will notify you without undue delay (within 72 hours) after becoming aware of the breach, providing relevant information to help you notify the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) and the affected data subjects. 6. Audit & Termination
Upon termination of services, we will delete or return all personal data associated with your VPS content, except where Danish or EU law requires continued storage (e.g., accounting).

The above clauses represent the standard Data Processing Agreement between Stockhosting and its customers. This agreement is automatically in force for all business accounts in accordance with GDPR requirements for hosting processors.
